Experience in sales incentive compensationand development and quota calculation
Requires experience and knowledge of Cloud consumption and subscription revenue (ARR and revenue) as the compensation metric.
Possess strongskills, a problem-solving mindset, and exceptional project management skills.
Experience in large, complex organizations with more than one revenue channel or sales division.

Ability to partner with Leadership to solve challenges andeffective incentive plans
a situation, evaluate options, and solve problems.
Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects withdeadlines
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including use of PowerPoint and Excel
