As a
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Develop new ideas for new product introductions to accelerate growth and profitability
- Manage NPI roadmap to ensure NPI vitality over the STRAP period
- Lead NPI projects in the region
- Report NPI financial metrics to management
- Run the NPI gate review process
- Conduct VOCs and develop key relationships across the value chain
- Utilize marketing toolkit including value propositions, SAM, TAM, GTM strategies, value chain mapping and segmentation to evaluate new opportunities
- Work cross functionally with customer marketing, sales, R&D, finance and ISC
- Support creation of AOP and STRAP by providing strategic forecasts and market intelligence for NPI projects
- Develop US aftermarket value chain identifying profit pools and figuring out ways to extract more value from the chain
- Identify ways to create customer loyalty through advertising, rebate programs and marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and create updates to highlight key trends and to drive conclusions and actionable recommendations for the business
- Create aftermarket pricing schemes to maximize value and drive new product adoption
- Research competitor’s offerings and market position and identify strategies to protect and gain share
- Prepare and present project and marketing updates to senior management

MUST HAVE
- 2-3 years experiencein a similar role in the automotive industry
- Proven marketing andstrategic initiatives, analytical, and implementation skills
- Go-to-market and newproduct launch experience
