Conducting effective promotional activities for assigned products in the designated area.
Establishing and maintaining contacts with pharmacies, and billing departments, developing Company reputation as a professional company that provides high-quality products, health solutions, and service.
Achieving set sales goals.
Participating in additional projects within the company.
Implementing marketing strategy objectives by actively utilizing promotional materials.
Monitoring market activities of competing companies and sharing information with the team and direct supervisor.
Actively monitoring tenders in all hospitals within the work area, based on publicly available information (regarding personnel working in hospitals).
Regularly monitoring the use of contracts in all hospitals within the work area in the relevant therapeutic area, based on publicly available information and reports.
Systematic updating and analysis of data on visited and non-visited doctors, pharmacies, hospitals (target and non-target) and/or estimating this data based on the best knowledge.
Implementing the promotional budget according to the objectives.
Collaborating with external clients and engaging them in company projects within the region/product group.
Providing support and the leading role in annual contract negotiations.
Close collaboration with Marketing department and support functions (legal, finances, portfolio, supply, regulatory, medical).
Analysis of KAs performance based on sales targets achievements. Regular ROI (return on investment) through KA P&L (Profit and Loss) analysis monitoring, and focus on profitable activities.
Co-organizing promotional initiatives, workshops, conferences, and congresses in the region, as well as supporting central activities.
Processing activities related to documentation and information for the ordering process.
Preparing required Business Plan for the designated area and discussing it regularly with the supervisor.
Openness to changes in structure caused by strategic requirements.
Timely accounting of expenses, initiating all activities in required systems in accordance with compliance rules.
Your experience and qualifications
University degree (business, business management, finance or economics are an advantage)
Desired experience withing the key account area min 7 years
Understanding of Pharmaceutical business is an advantage
Key Account Management experience is an advantage
Serbian and English fluent in writing and speech
Strong sales and presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills
Understanding of P/L and general business management
Customer focused approach
Results-oriented mindset (agile, flexible, intend to make a difference)
Leadership skills (ability to influence and manage change in team
Collaboration/influencing skills (people management, communication and motivational capabilities; ability to work with cross-functional organization).
