What You’ll Do:

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sales Support : Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents like contracts. Design and renew sales proposals.

• Client Relationship Management : Update internal databases with account information. Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the Account Management team.

• Market Research : Conduct research on prospective clients. Understand their needs and preferences.

• Feedback Loops : Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.

• Reporting : Create detailed reports on campaign results and market trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience : Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator or in a similar role.

• Tech-Savvy : Excellent computer skills (especially MS Office) and hands-on experience with CRM software.

• Marketing Insight : Familiarity withmarketing/advertisingcampaigns.

• Organization : Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Communication : Effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.

• Education : A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
