What you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and support them closely during the hiring process.
- Understand the end-to-end hiring cycle on a detailed process level for France.
- Manage phases of the recruiting process such as pre-screening, interviews, selecting candidates, offer process, and contract handling.
- Communicate with candidates during the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders during the hiring process such as universities/schools, OPCO, immigration vendors, etc.
- Work closely and coordinate with other HR teams and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects.
What you bring:
- Minimum of two years of working experience in an international environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or a background in HR is required.
Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Effective communication skills.
- Professional, customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks with specific deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, quality-focused.
- Working experience with MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting product is an advantage.
