Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and support them closely during the hiring process.
Understand the end-to-end hiring cycle on a detailed process level for France.
Manage phases of the recruiting process such as pre-screening, interviews, selecting candidates, offer process, and contract handling.
Communicate with candidates during the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Ensure cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders during the hiring process such as universities/schools, OPCO, immigration vendors, etc.
Work closely and coordinate with other HR teams and cross-functional teams.
Participate in other ad-hoc projects.
What you bring:
Minimum of two years of working experience in an international environment.
2-3 years of experience in recruiting or a background in HR is required.
Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Fluent in English and French.
Effective communication skills.
Professional, customer-oriented attitude.
Strong, results-driven mindset.
Ability to work on multiple tasks with specific deadlines.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail, quality-focused.
Working experience with MS Office.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting product is an advantage.
