Establishing a clear timeline to deliver the recruiting search.
Analysing the talent market, especially within Vietnam, to assess talent availability and identify key competitors and target companies.
Reviewing joint inputs and communication strategies required to ensure a successful recruiting experience, including managing interview teams, utilizing RCM, and providing timely feedback.
Effective Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition Leaders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing Technology Talent:
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, internet searches, database searches, and talent mapping, to attract top tech talent, particularly in the competitive Vietnam market.
Leverage an understanding of the local tech landscape in Vietnam to create targeted sourcing strategies that resonate with potential candidates.
Screening and Interviewing:
Screen resumes to identify preliminary matches and conduct phone and/or video interviews to qualify candidates effectively.
Provide informed recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate shortlists, with a focus on both technical expertise and cultural fit.
Candidate Experience Management:
Ensure all candidates are entered into and progressed through the applicant tracking system in a timely manner.
Oversee interview scheduling in collaboration with the Recruiting Operations team.
Maintain a positive and seamless candidate experience, ensuring no candidate is left without communication throughout the process.
Engagement with HR and Internal Stakeholders:
Work closely with specialist HR teams involved in position creation, interview scheduling, offer generation, and onboarding.
Partner with internal cross-functional teams to:
Develop and refine recruiting strategies tailored to the tech market in Vietnam.
Educate stakeholders on the unique aspects of the local talent market and its impact on hiring strategies.
Brainstorm innovative ways to attract the best candidates and measure the effectiveness of these efforts.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on tech talent.
Regional Expertise:Proven success in sourcing tech talent in Vietnam, with deep market knowledge.
Networking:Ability to build and leverage a strong network of tech candidates.
Strategic Insight:In-depth understanding of the tech talent market and the ability to influence recruiting strategies.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively keep stakeholders informed and express ideas clearly and concisely.
Employer Branding:Awareness and enthusiasm for employer branding initiatives, with the ability to tailor campaigns to attract tech talent in Vietnam.
Language Skills:Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in Vietnamese is highly desirable.
