Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in enablement, business development, or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in the mobile phone industry. Familiarity with device sales/deployment and experience working with ecosystem partners, including carriers, manufacturers, or enterprise mobility management providers.
- Experience building and executing dynamic training programs.
- Experience working cross-functionally with large sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams, from individual contributors to executives.
- Ability to deliver high-impact results independently in complex and dynamic environments.
- Exceptional networking skills, with the ability to establish and influence relationships with partners at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and public speaking abilities.
