What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of named grocery retail accounts in Sweden.

  • Build and execute a territory plan focused on long-term value creation and sustainable growth.

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across IT, Operations, Digital, and the C-Suite.

  • Align Salesforce’s capabilities with the strategic goals of each customer, showing clear ROI and business impact.

  • Lead the full sales cycle – from early engagement and qualification through to close – collaborating with internal teams such as Solution Engineering, Marketing, Partner Alliances, and Professional Services.

  • Work closely with the broader Retail team to share best practices and co-create industry-specific solutions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales, with 5+ years of experience closing large, complex deals.

  • Background or deep understanding of the grocery retail sector in Sweden – either through previous sales roles or direct industry experience.

  • Ability to navigate and influence large organizations, especially at the executive level.

  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

  • Strong communication, storytelling, andrelationship-buildingskills.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

  • Willingness to travel across Sweden to meet with clients and attend key events.
