What you’ll be doing:
Own and grow a portfolio of named grocery retail accounts in Sweden.
Build and execute a territory plan focused on long-term value creation and sustainable growth.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across IT, Operations, Digital, and the C-Suite.
Align Salesforce’s capabilities with the strategic goals of each customer, showing clear ROI and business impact.
Lead the full sales cycle – from early engagement and qualification through to close – collaborating with internal teams such as Solution Engineering, Marketing, Partner Alliances, and Professional Services.
Work closely with the broader Retail team to share best practices and co-create industry-specific solutions.
What we’re looking for:
Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales, with 5+ years of experience closing large, complex deals.
Background or deep understanding of the grocery retail sector in Sweden – either through previous sales roles or direct industry experience.
Ability to navigate and influence large organizations, especially at the executive level.
Consistent track record of exceeding quota in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Strong communication, storytelling, andrelationship-buildingskills.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Willingness to travel across Sweden to meet with clients and attend key events.
