Your Role: Drive Transformation with Sweden’s Mid-Market Leaders
As a
Named Account Executive, you will:
Manage a defined portfolio of mid-market accounts (the largest SMEs just below Enterprise level)
Own the entire sales cycle from first touch to close
Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market strategy for your territory
Use a consultative, value-based selling approach to uncover customer needs and co-create strategic solutions
Build and deepen trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Pre-Sales, Marketing) to drive pipeline and customer success
Represent Salesforce at industry events, customer meetings, and networking forums
What We're Looking For:
A strong track record in B2B sales , ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
Experience managing full sales cycles and consistently achieving (or exceeding) targets
Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence at multiple levels
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
Passion for technology, innovation, and helping customers transform
Fluent in Swedish and English
Right to work in Sweden
A Bachelor's or Master's degree is a plus
