Your responsibilities will be to:
Conduct NVH analysis, testing, and simulations to identify and mitigate noise and vibration issues
Maintain close collaboration with Design, Manufacturing and Testing Teams to develop solutions that enhance product performance
Engage directly with customers, providing technical support and building strong relationships
Travel to customer sites and collaborate on-site as needed
Manage projects autonomously, delivering results on time and exceeding expectations
Contribute to an international team, sharing insights and best practices
Our requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years' of industry experience in NVH engineering
Understanding of electric motor NVH characteristics and their impact on overall system performance
Proficiency in NVH testing and analysis tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently
