Your responsibilities will be to:

• Conduct NVH analysis, testing, and simulations to identify and mitigate noise and vibration issues

• Maintain close collaboration with Design, Manufacturing and Testing Teams to develop solutions that enhance product performance

• Engage directly with customers, providing technical support and building strong relationships

• Travel to customer sites and collaborate on-site as needed

• Manage projects autonomously, delivering results on time and exceeding expectations

• Contribute to an international team, sharing insights and best practices

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years' of industry experience in NVH engineering

• Understanding of electric motor NVH characteristics and their impact on overall system performance

• Proficiency in NVH testing and analysis tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently
