Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK North & Scotland Region, specifically Reactive Quotes & Service Project Opportunities outside of the existing customer base and identify & support sales of service contracts to new customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales proposals
Provide technical expertise and support to customers & internal colleagues throughout the sales process
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our products and solutions
Key skills and qualifications
Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
Strong knowledge of fire protection and/or Building Management Systems products and solutions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
