Prepares, signs, processes and archives documents in employee files – labor contracts, agreements, termination and other orders (incl. labor books, certificates, civil contracts etc.).
Services, researches, supports and answers employee questions and queries .
Data entry, maintenance, checks and overview: onboarding and offboarding data, data and documents for the monthly payroll and process, NRA and NSSI registrations.
Liaise with local authorities and organizations (OHS Service, NRA, NSSI, Migration, Employment Agency, Labor Inspection etc.).
Supports HR Manager, HRBPs and Line managers with information, reports and documents .
Monthly and Weekly HR Reporting .
Participates on projects and migrations of new activities, systems, processes and procedures for development and improvement of the HR operational processes.
Your qualifications:
Relevant University Degree or Human Resources Background .
Fluent Bulgarian and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Team player , with a strong customer focus, results, and quality orientation.
Reliability, organization, autonomy, and resilience.
Flexibility, multitasking and problem-solving orientation.
Knowledge of Payroll processes is an advantage .
