Commercial Banking is focused on helping our clients succeed and making a positive difference in our communities. We provide credit and financing, treasury and payment services, international banking and real estate services to clients including corporations, municipalities, institutions, real estate investors and owners, and non-profit organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with group head to develop and execute a comprehensive communication agenda to include global town halls, regional all-hands calls, DEI events, in-person location visits, etc.
  • Creating various levels of presentations and driving executive management content through compelling storytelling and insightful data & analytics.
  • Driving our employee readiness strategy with an emphasis on talent retention/acquisition and learning & development
  • Developing our people engagement strategy to support a deep-rooted culture built upon diversity, equity & inclusion
  • Driving connectivity, partnership, and engagement with WLS teams globally

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 10 or more years financial services experience gained at a top tier investment/commercial bank
  • Significant experience providing strategic support to large and complex organizations
  • Proven track record in thinking/acting strategically to influence complex business decisions globally
  • Results driven; ability to lead/instill execution; methodical approach to identifying and solving issues
  • Experience influencing leaders at Vice President level and above
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal qualities
  • Exceptional communication skills – including expert level Power Point mechanics and storytelling
  • Fortitude, resilience, and determination to lead complex change initiatives
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team environment within and across functional organizations
  • Confidence to present key updates at senior management forums and executive committees
  • Track record of championing a diverse and inclusive work environment across geographical locations
