Job Area:

Additional responsibilities will include product lifecycle management which will require working closely with Product Marketing, Regional Sales and Customer Service, Program Management, Supply Chain Management, Sales Operations and other QCT organizations to perform a full range of activities in support of Product Lifecycle Management for IE-IOT managed products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 9+ years of business operations or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience with ERP including Rapid response, CRM (e.g., Sales Force), business analytics (e.g., Tableau), Microsoft Suite, or related systems/applications.

  • 4+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.

  • 4+ years in a leadership role with direct reports (only applies to positions with direct reports).

  • 3+ years of relevant technology industry experience.

  • 3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Sr Director level and above).

  • 1+ years working with operating budgets and/or project financials.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with IE-IOT BU Product and Biz Dev Managers, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to manage supply and demand effectively.

  • Understanding IE-IOT business strategies related to customer/product planning and capacity forecasting.

  • Driving Forecasting and Design Win Tracking.

  • Serving as the point of contact for customer escalations and resolution from a business operations perspective by working with cross-functional team

  • Providing recommendations for process improvements and operational decisions.

  • Identify, monitoring and addressing risks, demand shifts, and opportunities based on a deep understanding of the business and available data.

  • Facilitating cross-functional team meetings to align stakeholders on New Product Introduction plans, manufacturing capacity, and supply execution.

  • Coordinating closely with BU Operations New Product Introduction, Forecasting, and Sustaining Lifecycle Management teams.

  • Mentors others to provide comprehensive operational support for business unit strategy and initiatives based on advanced knowledge of relevant business systems, products, processes, and procedures.

  • Helps implement operational strategies for the team.

  • Acts as a liaison across departments to communicate information and resolve conflicts in implementation schedules, operational challenges, or other complexities.

Level of Responsibility:

  • Works independently with little supervision.

  • Decisions are more significant in their impact, influencing overall program or project success, finances, and/or the ability to meet objectives. Errors are not readily apparent due to the complexity of work process/product or time between decisions and results. Errors typically result in significant expenditure of time, resources, and funds to correct.

  • Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels. Role may require strong negotiation and influence, communication to large groups or high-level constituents.

  • Has a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).

  • Most tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; tasks require simultaneously executing multiple cognitive abilities and maintaining information in short or long-term memory while performing the task.

  • Exceptional creativity is needed to innovate new ideas and develop innovative products/ processes without established objectives or known parameters.

  • Deductive and inductive problem solving is required; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or conflicting; advanced data analysis and interpretation skills are required.

  • Participates in strategic planning within own area affecting immediate operations.
