Minimum Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in business operations or sales strategy roles at a large global company OR 4+ years of experience leading planning and change management efforts for a large organization
* Strong background in data analysis with emphasis on interpreting complex data.
* Experience in project management and process optimization.
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
