Your Impact

As a Business Operations Manager for Sales Strategic Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Cisco's sales strategies. You will lead efforts to drive standardization, streamline processes, and drive growth through innovative solutions. This role offers the excitement of working at the intersection of strategy and execution, providing opportunities to make a significant impact on Cisco's market presence.

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to optimize sales operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a unified customer definition for all Cisco functions and lines of business.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance the efficiency of sales processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support Cisco's growth objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in business operations or sales strategy roles at a large global company OR 4+ years of experience leading planning and change management efforts for a large organization

* Strong background in data analysis with emphasis on interpreting complex data.

* Experience in project management and process optimization.

* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
