As a Business Manager on the WLS (Wholesale Lending Services) Business Operations team, you will play a vital role as a senior and highly visible member of leadership. You will report directly to the WLS Business Operations Executive (BOE) and be responsible for supporting both the day-to-day and strategic objectives of the organization globally. Working as an integral part of the WLS Business Operations Senior Leadership Team, you will advocate execution and delivery of a broad spectrum of key initiatives critical to our success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partnering with group head to develop and execute a comprehensive communication agenda to include global town halls, regional all-hands calls, DEI events, in-person location visits, etc.
- Creating various levels of presentations and driving executive management content through compelling storytelling and insightful data & analytics.
- Driving our employee readiness strategy with an emphasis on talent retention/acquisition and learning & development
- Developing our people engagement strategy to support a deep-rooted culture built upon diversity, equity & inclusion
- Driving connectivity, partnership, and engagement with WLS teams globally
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 10 or more years financial services experience gained at a top tier investment/commercial bank
- Significant experience providing strategic support to large and complex organizations
- Proven track record in thinking/acting strategically to influence complex business decisions globally
- Results driven; ability to lead/instill execution; methodical approach to identifying and solving issues
- Experience influencing leaders at Vice President level and above
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal qualities
- Exceptional communication skills – including expert level Power Point mechanics and storytelling
- Fortitude, resilience, and determination to lead complex change initiatives
- Foster a collaborative team environment within and across functional organizations
- Confidence to present key updates at senior management forums and executive committees
- Track record of championing a diverse and inclusive work environment across geographical locations
