- Being the initial point of contact for customers.
- Demonstrating strong customer-facing skills and effective collaboration with various cross-organizational interfaces.
- Establishing and nurturing positive working relationships with customers to optimize their operations as needed.
- Conducting hardware and software installations, integrations, and system upgrades.
- Performing basic diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues related to service requests.
- Leading each request, event, and package delivery while representing the company professionally.
- Implementing hardware and software resolutions.
- Conducting scheduled maintenance activities on hardware and software systems.
- Preparing for site surveys, producing documentation, and updating as necessary.
