As a Cognyter you will:

  • Being the initial point of contact for customers.
  • Demonstrating strong customer-facing skills and effective collaboration with various cross-organizational interfaces.
  • Establishing and nurturing positive working relationships with customers to optimize their operations as needed.
  • Conducting hardware and software installations, integrations, and system upgrades.
  • Performing basic diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues related to service requests.
  • Leading each request, event, and package delivery while representing the company professionally.
  • Implementing hardware and software resolutions.
  • Conducting scheduled maintenance activities on hardware and software systems.
  • Preparing for site surveys, producing documentation, and updating as necessary.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • Proficiency in English and Dutch languages is required.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving in a complex, multi-technology environment.
  • Understanding and sensitivity to the high security and reliability requirements of our customers.
  • Solid knowledge of a wide range of hardware, including PCs, servers, SAN, NAS, network switches, load balancers, firewalls, etc.
  • Proficient in various software systems such as Windows Server OS, Linux OS, Citrix, Virtualization Systems.
  • Ability to be present at the Netherlands customer site on a daily basis and fulfill duties from the site.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites (10%).
  • Availability for on-call duties.
  • Driver's License.

Would be considered an advantage:

  • Being able to read and understand software code.
  • Knowledge of Database System Administration (Oracle, Sybase, GPDB).
  • Knowledge of SQL
