Senior Compliance Manager, IGT

Your role:

• Drive compliance in IGT business in playing a critical role from designing, executing, and monitoring of all compliance initiatives in the subcommittee.
• Spotting the compliance gap in IGT business, finding practical solutions through strong analysis and balance weighing.
• Develop your overall capability in project management to handle all challenges in the day-to-day life through close collaboration with top management team and key stakeholders in your respective subcommittee/business.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Accounting, FinanceorLaw.
• Minimum8years of professional experience in compliance or internal control, medical device industry experience highly preferred.
• Strong project management experience and analytical skills
• Highly motivated and able to manage in a changing environment.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, effective in dealing with people at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a team and independently, willing and able to take on responsibility.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to gain respect of senior management.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
