Your role:

  • Keeping records and updating data in the internal system
  • Generating and managing KPI reports
  • Recording, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with SLA parameters
  • Ordering parts for service interventions (internal client)
  • Receiving incoming requests from customers and managing the client portal teamplay Fleet
  • Providing information and communicating further solutions to clients
  • Processing service intervention requests and creating and managing service tickets

Your expertise:

  • Completed secondary education
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel – advanced level
  • English language – at least intermediate level (B2)
  • Positive and optimistic attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
