Your key responsibilities
- Create a pleasant and positive first impression for our clients and guests, ensuring they feel welcome when visiting us.
- Address all enquiries with a personal touch – with a smile and professionalism.
- Represent our company values in all interactions with clients and guests.
- Process incoming and outgoing company correspondence, manage bookings, and plan meetings.
- Manage conference rooms, organize meetings, ensure a smooth flow of meetings, and create a pleasant environment for our clients and guests.
- Register new colleagues and issue their access to systems and facilities (access cards, taxi services, DocuSign, lockers).
- Be responsible for company orders and purchases, communicate with suppliers and service providers, and maintain office supplies.
- Monitor the fit-out status of the offices in Košice, Žilina and Bratislava, ensuring they are sufficiently stocked.
- Ensure the operation of the client and meeting zones during meetings, events and training sessions.
- Be actively involved in the operational tasks of the office, including communication with suppliers and participation in contract negotiations.
Skills and attributes for success
- Minimum of high school (secondary) diploma with school-leaving examination
- Active English
- MS Office (Word, Excel) – an active user
- Pleasant and presentable demeanor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
