Executive Support Specialist - Tax department

Your key responsibilities
• Work with internal systems and databases
• Issue client invoices
• Ensure processing of incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide administrative support to managers and partners of the tax department
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks within the tax department
• Coordinate activities with other company service lines
• Provide support in organizing internal teambuilding activities
• Communicate with other EY offices around the world
Skills and attributes for success
• Minimum of a high (secondary) school degree with school-leaving examination
• Prior working experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Responsible and independent, with a team player mindset
• Precise approach and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Active knowledge of English (spoken and written) at a minimum B2 level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
