Key job responsibilities- Pitch and negotiate to recruit and/or drive special deal terms with new and existing creators to achieve growth strategy, including leveraging economic and non-economic incentives (e.g. tech, marketing, and program opportunities). Work closely with account owners to drive Consumables goals with already-managed creators.
- Monitor and optimize creator performance to achieve goals. Develop reporting methodologies and own data analysis and measurement.
- Create both simplified, scalable solutions and Think Big opportunities for creators, including identifying net new opportunities to drive growth.
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Ability to prioritize workload and deliver results against multiple aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- 5+ years managing external partnerships and stakeholders
