Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate in the implementation of organizational change initiatives, such as repositioning projects, including assessing needs, planning, and identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
- Work with leaders at all levels, critical subject matter experts, designated mentees and HR to mitigate risk of critical knowledge loss.
- Manage multiple knowledge transfer teams using effective project and strategic planning methods.
- Perform assessments to help identify critical competencies and skill gaps which require training plans and/or additional documentation.
- Leverage knowledge of adult learning and instructional design to create learning plans with clear objectives and identify engaging activities to ensure the effective transfer and retention of knowledge.
- Facilitate implementation and monitor progress of teams to ensure success.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of assessment forms and databases for tracking status and progress of multiple teams.
- Assist teams in the creation of project milestones/timelines.
- Assist experts with the documentation of technical processes, knowledge and best practices for job aides and future reference.
- Coach mentors and mentees in best practices of knowledge sharing and acquisition.
- Support survey and data analysis for program improvement and reporting.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of tools, forms, and SharePoint site resources, including workflows.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues or risks and facilitate removal of roadblocks.
- Effectively manage change, resistance and conflicts that may occur in teams or projects, escalating issues as needed.
- Support other learning and workforce development activities as needed.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Instructional System Design, assessment, designing training plans, facilitation, project management, and evaluation.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements. Dual citizenship cannot be considered.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and ability to effectively influence others.
- Ability to artfully convey subtle or complex messages clearly and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMs, and Camtasia.
- Please note that role will require some local travel (driving) to other Honeywell Phoenix, AZ sites for team meetings and/or training purposes.
