As a Senior Learning Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing learning and development programs for our employees. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training initiatives that align with our business objectives and support the growth and development of our workforce. You will report directly to our Learning and Development Manager and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our organization by ensuring that our employees have the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, design engaging and effective learning solutions, and evaluate the impact of our programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop learning objectives
  • Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids
  • Deliver training programs to employees, ensuring a high-quality learning experience
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development or a related field
  • Strong instructional design skills and experience developing engaging and interactive learning materials
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
