Deliver expert-level technical assistance to resolve critical hardware and software issues at a solution level
Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to tackle moderate to high complexity product and network problems
Utilize moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve problems
Provide systems/product training internally and externally, and develop knowledge base materials
Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science/Electrical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience with 3-5 years total networking experience
3-5 years of experience providing remote troubleshooting to global customers in Routing/Switching or Wireless technologies
Fundamental technical knowledge of computer and networking industry, products, and protocols
Understanding of Campus Architectures, Software Defined Networking (SDN), and Network Function Virtualization (NFV)
Understanding of routing protocols such as BGP, ISIS, and LISP
