Minimum qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Cisco Collaboration Domain.
Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration Solutions such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and or Express (UCCX), Cisco Voice Portal (CVP) and Jabber Endpoints.
Understanding of voice services and technology e.g. call routing, call flow, networks etc.
Strong in SIP protocol, its call flow & troubleshooting and sound knowledge of RTP, CTI etc.
Must be comfortable in troubleshooting CUBE, CUSP (Cisco Unified SIP Proxy) and using tools like Wireshark for networking issues.
Preferred qualifications:
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting UCCE, CUCM and CUBE deployments.
Good understanding of Cisco UCCE Architecture, deployment models and its components.
Familiar with VOS components related to UCCE like Cisco Unified Intelligent Center (CUIC), Live Data, Virtual Voice Browser (VVB) and Finesse.
