Qualifications

With an ability to communicate with executive level stakeholders and build relationships across a global organisation, you will be well positioned for success in this role.Some of the other knowledge and skills you will be able to demonstrate include:

  • Extensive experience in a sales or account management role
  • A history working for largescale, matrix structured enterprise organisations
  • Demonstrable experience with data analysis and interpreting sales metrics to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
  • Experience of managing relationships with senior level stakeholders
  • A background coaching and guiding sales teams and managers
Responsibilities

As you focus on an internal stakeholder group and interact with the Directors across our business, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with leaders to prioritise pipeline management and accelerate revenue reliability, growth, and accuracy.
  • Driving and guiding consistent Sales Excellence discipline, governance, and partner insights within and across Microsoft Spain, including Enterprise, Global Partner Solution, Industry Solutions Delivery, Specialist Technical Unit, Customer Success Unit, and roles in a unified approach.
  • Landing emerging/updated sales strategies, processes, and objectives to drive sustainable growth and improved sales performance.
  • Supporting execution of “always-on” planning activities in partnership with segment, accounts, and operational leadership
  • Providing rolling 5-quarter pipeline health and accuracy, supported with benchmarking and embedding excellence into standard pipeline building motions and rhythms
  • Driving AI initiatives by enabling CoPilot on every device, across every role, and AI design win motions, learnings, and insights.
  • Overseeing weekly processes and rhythms to improve financial, solution area, and cross-segment critical indicators of success
  • Leading and evangelizing adoption of MCAPS sales execution transformation initiatives
