Your Impact
- Knowledge Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive knowledge management strategies to capture, organize, and disseminate legal knowledge and best practices
- Design and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for easy access to legal documents, precedents, templates, and critical resources
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing through training programs, workshops, and collaborative tools
- Create systems for real-time access to relevant legal content, providing training on resource codification and navigation
- Maintain and enhance content search strategies and structures aligned with emerging digital platform trends
- Data Analytics
- Lead the development and implementation of data analytics initiatives to support decision-making, risk management, and operational efficiency
- Analyze legal data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic planning and resource allocation
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate legal data with broader company analytics platforms, ensuring data integrity and security
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support reporting needs, including generating insights for the CLO, board, and committee reporting
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management and data analytics initiatives
- Technology
- Lead global planning for process optimization, enhancing the legal department's effectiveness through new technologies and processes, including AI
- Manage external service providers and identify opportunities for improved technology usage and process efficiencies
- Coordinate communications and document decisions related to technical work streams, including project meetings, requirements, schedules, deliverables, and quality standards
- Lead project delivery, working cross-functionally with technical, legal, and leadership teams to facilitate solutions
- Understand business and technical needs, leading discussions on designing and implementing new legal systems and enhancing current ones
- Develop long-term strategic plans for future applications and systems
- Collaborate with Product Management teams to offer feedback and guidance on delivering solutions that meet our lawyers' needs and enhance client experiences
- Support power users in key legal technology solutions to expand delivery capabilities
- Stay informed about the latest legal technology trends and identify opportunities for adoption within the company
- Collaboration
- Work with legal, compliance, IT, and other departments to align knowledge management and data analytics initiatives with organizational goals
- Represent the legal department in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to knowledge management and data analytics
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent military experience required
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in knowledge management, data analytics, or a related field within a corporate legal environment
- Strong understanding of legal processes, regulatory requirements, and risk management, particularly in the cybersecurity industry
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and willingness to complete an advanced Tableau training course (department-funded)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $121,000/yr to $195,800/yr.
