Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with strategic partners to deliver collaborative and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Work with internal teams to align partnership marketing activities with organizational goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities to maximize business impact and ROI.
  • Leverage consumer and partner insights to craft tailored marketing campaigns and strengthen partner collaborations.
  • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns through partner channels, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
  • Integrate and coordinate owned, earned, and paid media channels to optimize partnership marketing effectiveness.
  • Track, analyze, and refine campaign performance metrics and KPIs to ensure measurable business results.
  • Promote a culture of continuous innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence within the partnership marketing team.
  • Represent the team in partner discussions, resolving challenges and driving alignment on shared marketing objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The Role

This issits at the intersection of global strategy and regional execution—working across Marketing, BD, Legal, Comms, and Product.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale regional co-marketing programs between wallet partners, merchants, and PayPal, aligned to PayPal World’s global GTM strategy.

  • Own partner marketing and activation strategy across wallet and commerce partners across Middle East and Africa.

  • Drive consumer attach and usage through compelling partner campaigns, in-app offers, retail activations, and incentive design.

  • Support merchant presentment by delivering localized messaging and in-market enablement tools.

  • Serve as a regional bridge to global marketing , ensuring campaign consistency while tailoring creative and language for cultural relevance.

  • Own performance measurement and reporting: track campaign results, usage metrics, and partner satisfaction KPIs.

  • Act as a thought partner to BD and Commercial teams, surfacing insights that inform partner prioritization and activation sequencing.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in ecosystem or partner marketing, preferably in financial services, telco, eCommerce, or platforms.

  • Experience working with wallet or super app partners in MEA or similar markets.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to co-create partner programs that deliver value for all sides of the network.

  • Ability to work independently within global structures and drive results through influence.
