This issits at the intersection of global strategy and regional execution—working across Marketing, BD, Legal, Comms, and Product.
Key Responsibilities
Build and scale regional co-marketing programs between wallet partners, merchants, and PayPal, aligned to PayPal World’s global GTM strategy.
Own partner marketing and activation strategy across wallet and commerce partners across Middle East and Africa.
Drive consumer attach and usage through compelling partner campaigns, in-app offers, retail activations, and incentive design.
Support merchant presentment by delivering localized messaging and in-market enablement tools.
Serve as a regional bridge to global marketing , ensuring campaign consistency while tailoring creative and language for cultural relevance.
Own performance measurement and reporting: track campaign results, usage metrics, and partner satisfaction KPIs.
Act as a thought partner to BD and Commercial teams, surfacing insights that inform partner prioritization and activation sequencing.
Qualifications
8+ years in ecosystem or partner marketing, preferably in financial services, telco, eCommerce, or platforms.
Experience working with wallet or super app partners in MEA or similar markets.
Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to co-create partner programs that deliver value for all sides of the network.
Ability to work independently within global structures and drive results through influence.
