This is a, embedded locally but tightly aligned with centralized platform and product marketing teams. Serve as the
local owner of the PayPal World partner marketing program, managing wallet partnerships, merchant collaborations, and in-market activation.
Own partner marketing and activation strategy across wallet and commerce partners across LATAM countries.
Build and execute joint co-marketing campaigns with wallet partners and merchants to drive consumer usage and merchant presentment.
Own the regional GTM calendar , including consumer promotional offers, merchant incentives, and partner-led channel plans.
Partner with BD and Sales to align PayPal World benefits into local merchant conversations and strategic partner roadmaps.
Localize messaging frameworks and creative templates to reflect regional nuances while staying true to the global Apollo narrative.
Develop marketing toolkits and playbooks for partners and merchants, enabling them to scale adoption through owned and paid channels.
Track program KPIs across consumer usage, merchant adoption, and partner satisfaction, and report into the global Apollo program office.
Qualifications
8–10+ years in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or co-branded campaign leadership, ideally in payments, fintech, or platforms.
Proven experience leading co-marketing efforts with external partners , preferably in multi-sided networks or mobile ecosystems.
Demonstrated success in building joint value propositions, messaging frameworks , and co-branded marketing collateral.
Strong understanding of LATAM commerce trends, wallet partners, and digital consumer behavior.
Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
Thrives in cross-functional environments with global matrix reporting.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence internally and externally.
