As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Singapore, you will drive regional adoption of PayPal World across key APAC markets, including SEA and ANZ. You’ll lead co-marketing programs with top wallet partners and strategic merchants, embedding PayPal into the commerce journeys that matter most.This role demands regional sophistication, ecosystem thinking, and proven experience executing scalable campaigns across diverse consumer and regulatory environments.Your key responsibilities will include:Partnership & Activation Strategy: Own partner marketing strategies across wallet and commerce partners in APAC, China, and Australia.Campaign Development: Design and launch consumer-facing campaigns that drive adoption, frequency, and retention.Co-Marketing Initiatives: Deliver merchant- and partner-led campaigns with clear CTAs, funding models, and attribution frameworks.Scalable Campaign Engine: Build systems that support both flagship launches and repeatable seasonal activations.Local Market Expertise: Ensure campaigns reflect local preferences and resonate with digital-savvy APAC audiences.Performance & Innovation: Track KPIs, refine strategies based on results, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.In this role, you will develop and execute partnership marketing strategies designed to enhance brand visibility, foster engagement, and drive business growth. A key focus will be on strengthening relationships with strategic partners to deliver impactful joint initiatives that support mutual success.You will ensure that all partner marketing activities align with organizational priorities, customer needs, and emerging market opportunities. This includes identifying and prioritizing high-impact partnership opportunities that maximize return on investment and long-term value.By leveraging both consumer and partner insights, you will craft tailored campaigns that resonate with target audiences. To optimize effectiveness, you will integrate owned, earned, and paid media channels, ensuring cohesive and results-driven execution.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with strategic partners to deliver collaborative and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Work with internal teams to align partnership marketing activities with organizational goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities to maximize business impact and ROI.
  • Leverage consumer and partner insights to craft tailored marketing campaigns and strengthen partner collaborations.
  • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns through partner channels, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
  • Integrate and coordinate owned, earned, and paid media channels to optimize partnership marketing effectiveness.
  • Track, analyze, and refine campaign performance metrics and KPIs to ensure measurable business results.
  • Promote a culture of continuous innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence within the partnership marketing team.
  • Represent the team in partner discussions, resolving challenges and driving alignment on shared marketing objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

Qualification

  • 8–10+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, or regional campaign execution.

  • Knowledge of wallet ecosystems, loyalty platforms, and merchant marketing in APAC.

  • Experience leading campaigns across multiple APAC markets with localization requirements.

  • Fluent in English; additional regional language preferred (e.g., Bahasa, Mandarin, or Thai).

  • Excellent stakeholder management, reporting rigor, and strategic storytelling skills.
