Description
In this role, you will be responsible for …*Building consistent, fair, and flexible schedules to support the employee and customer experience.*Partnering with the Process Analyst to align on scheduled hours allocation, traffic analysis, and store goals. *Responsible for real-time adjustments to current published schedules to support the needs of the business.*Partnering with Process Analyst to advise on how current payroll, local payroll laws, time away, availability, and hiring trends impact scheduling performance and identify solutions to drive and deliver a high-quality schedule.*Driving timely, accurate, and consistent resource planning strategies across several locations.*Maintaining subject matter expertise of the current scheduling systems.*Attending and participating in Global Retail Support (GRS) communications regarding system enhancements, scheduling updates and training.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility in your work schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs and may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to perform multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify scheduling trends and make adjustments accordingly.
  • Proven decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Consistent track record in prioritizing, planning, and executing strategies.
  • Agile, comfortable working in a fast-paced, time critical environment.
  • Self-motivated individual who values a diverse work environment.
  • Technical expertise in resource planning systems, platforms, and workforce optimization or a related area.
  • Prior Apple Retail experience or knowledge of the Apple Retail organization.
