Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with workforce management operations or technology across topics such as staffing, scheduling, payroll, absence, leave or related topics.
- 3+ years of business analyst experience or equivalent
- Strong data analysis skills with proven abilities in SQL, Tableau, Python or equivalent programming / analytics solutions.
- Proficient in Excel/Numbers, Pages and Keynote applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive approach to problem solving. Innovates by moving beyond traditional ways of doing things, pushes past the status quo.
- A self-starter who possesses outstanding time management skills
- Ability to clearly articulate to all levels of leadership, including executives
- Expert user of Mac OS X, iOS, watchOS, tvOS, and Apple hardware
