•Develops incentive strategy, including obtaining consensus between regions, and manages launch communications to maximize effectiveness.
• Supports quarterly marketing strategy meetings and oversees the retail, RCL, Spin, FCTP and M-o-M incentive grids.
• Coordinates with GTB, FDAAs and Regional Managers to develop most effective FDAA incentive ad messages to drive traffic/sales.
•Manages the team that conducts wholesale, handles tracking and tracing of vehicles, scheduling and order bank management.
• Tracks key competitive manufactures sales and incentive plans and advises management of our competitiveness.
• Manages Dealer Challenge funds to maximize sales.
•Oversees Office Operations for Market Area.
• Support employee development and work to create a culture Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to achieve business imperatives.

•Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to plan assignments and deliver results.

•Preferred experience working in the Field contacting Dealers.
• Preferred experience working in Sales.
• Ability to establish measurements and success metrics where standards do not exist.
• Collaborative team player that thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes fluid environment.
