These deliverables, and the motions this role supports, will make an important impact to our sales and marketing objectives. To be successful, this role will require leadership and problem solving skills combined with specific expertise in content creation for different audiences. Our offerings are often complex and technical, so the ability to interpret varied information from stakeholders and derive value propositions and benefits from feature-level detail will be critical.

Responsibilities:

  • Own sales enablement strategy for PC, reporting to global sales enablement leadership

  • Drive the delivery of a wide range PC sales tools and activations for sell-in, sell-through and sell-out

  • Align content production to the GTM motion for the PC space.

  • Deliver messaging development where needed

  • Manage external creative agencies and content budget for PC

  • Report on content delivery and content performance, and optimize programs as needed

This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or business

  • 8+ years experience marketing, or related work experience

  • Experience of the PC industry

  • Specific experience in a sales enablement function

  • Experience at a semiconductor company or embedded device manufacturers

  • Expertise in marketing and sales content development

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Open and motivated to work in a new and evolving practice, taking ownership of key initiatives

Pay range:

$148,500.00 - $222,500.00
