Check Point is a leading global provider of cybersecurity solutions, and we're seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our MSSP Sales team in the EMEA region. As a Check Point Cybersecurity Head of MSSP Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our cutting-edge security solutions among mid-sized organizations, particularly in the telecommunications sector and specialized MSSPs.

As the Head of MSSP Sales at Check Point Cybersecurity, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our MSSP services to mid-market clients, aligning our solutions with the unique security challenges of the telecommunications industry and pure-play MSSPs. This role requires a strategic mindset, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the MSSP sales strategy in alignment with Check Point's overall business objectives.
    • Provide visionary leadership to the MSSP sales team, driving excellence and innovation.
  2. Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of skilled sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure the team is well-equipped to effectively communicate and sell Check Point's MSSP offerings.
  3. Market Focus:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, identifying opportunities for growth within the mid-market segment.
  4. Client Engagement:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, positioning Check Point as the trusted partner for MSSP services.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  6. Performance Metrics:
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of MSSP sales initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in MSSP sales (incl. Telco), preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Deep understanding of Check Point's products and services, as well as the telecommunications sector and MSSP landscape.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Track record of leading successful pan-EMEA sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
