In this role, you will:
Assist in the control and monitoring framework across NWM – maintaining the database, provider documentation, NWM strategy and compliance with market regulations as well asdriving the evaluation, selection, oversight and maintenance of Wells Fargo’s securities service provider relationships.
Represent the Network Management function with internal partners across all supporting Lines of business, Risk & Control functions, IRM, Legal, etc.
Deliver projects and initiatives for business partners and legal entities across bank correspondent relationships globally.
Conduct service reviews with providers, issue and score annual questionnaires, preparation of RFP/RFI and any associated reporting needs.
Required Qualifications:
Experience within Global Custodian, Broker-Dealer or Network Management areas covering the securities industry.
Detailed knowledge securities and the clearing and settlement practices.
Experience in provider service due diligence and monitoring relevant to NWM function.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong communication skills for internal and external relationships.
Effective time management skills including planning, prioritizing, scheduling & monitoring.
Ability to build relationships within NWM and business partners, inclusive of support functions such and risk & controls, IRM and operations.
Highly motivated, energetic self-starter who takes ownership of assignments
Understanding of regulatory landscape, project management experience or provider relationships would be advantageous.
Project management experience, including leading projects that implement major product deliverables and enhancements.
