Assist in the overall compensation program development, which may include annual salary structure design, compensation planning process, and equity programs.
Dive into data and build dynamic compensation models that provide insights and influence key decisions.
Create compelling narratives using data for program outcome reviews and retrospectives.
Program Manager annual compensation processes such as annual compensation planning and equity refresh programs.
Develop project plans for execution of programs including benchmarking, design and modeling, budgets, timelines, communication and training.
Measure effectiveness of compensation programs and identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Oversee and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date compensation resources – Regularly update content, improve resource accessibility, and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the information aligns with current policies, market trends, and internal needs.
Manage and consult on other HR and compensation related projects as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in a compensation role within the technology industry, or a similarly applicable field
Proven background in both compensation analytics and technology solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Google sheets/Excel, including experience building complex analyses and models
Ability to deliver high-quality work, while focusing on accuracy and top notch critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills with professionalism and discretion
