Responsibilities
- Provide strategic compensation consulting to HR and business leaders.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Design and maintain salary structures, job classifications, and compensation guidelines.
- Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity programs.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international compensation laws and pay equity standards.
- Assess and determine FLSA exemption status for U.S. roles.
- Interpret and apply global remuneration regulations.
- Develop and deliver training and communication materials on compensation programs.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Marketpay, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.
