Compliance & Controls-Establishes data management protocols - enables and supports policy compliance.
Production Analytics-Crafts resilient analytic solutions to ensure a trusted, secure, and modern data environment.
Engagement-Establishes partnerships and meaningful interactions with the data community while improving their experience.
Data Protection-Acts as the trusted single source of truth for all things customer by providing the highest quality of relevant, insightful, real-time customer data that’s easily usable and consistently accurate.
Data Management Operations-Manage critical data management processes, provides oversight, and ensures policy and control compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Daily review and decision of associate access to Retail Bank data.
Create and manage Production Horizontal Data Privileges (PHDP) roles and decision assignment of roles.
Review of production datasets to ensure appropriate metadata and registration requirements are met.
Education of process and best practices to the broader data community.
Drive enhancements to the Data Guardian process continuously.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience with Google Suite
At least 2 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
2+ years of experience with Non Public Information (NPI) and Privacy data rules
3+ years experience in Process or Project Management
3+ years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
