• Compliance & Controls-Establishes data management protocols - enables and supports policy compliance.

• Production Analytics-Crafts resilient analytic solutions to ensure a trusted, secure, and modern data environment.

• Engagement-Establishes partnerships and meaningful interactions with the data community while improving their experience.

• Data Protection-Acts as the trusted single source of truth for all things customer by providing the highest quality of relevant, insightful, real-time customer data that’s easily usable and consistently accurate.

• Data Management Operations-Manage critical data management processes, provides oversight, and ensures policy and control compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily review and decision of associate access to Retail Bank data.

• Create and manage Production Horizontal Data Privileges (PHDP) roles and decision assignment of roles.

• Review of production datasets to ensure appropriate metadata and registration requirements are met.

• Education of process and best practices to the broader data community.

• Drive enhancements to the Data Guardian process continuously.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

• At least 2 years of experience with Google Suite

• At least 2 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

• 2+ years of experience with Non Public Information (NPI) and Privacy data rules

• 3+ years experience in Process or Project Management

• 3+ years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
