Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years management (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience.
  • 6+ years experience in Program Management working with Process Engineering, Operations Management, Sustainability/Waste management, and Technical/Engineering roles.

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IT Asset Disposition or in a Circular Economy role highly desirable.
  • Experience leading and managing process engineering, operational systems and resources, and automation systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in collaborating across global operations, technical engineering teams and leadership. Track record of driving results.
  • Experience in support of reverse supply chain disposition processes for computing assets.
  • Planning and forecasting Experience supporting a production/factory environment.
  • Knowledge of Circular Economy and Recycling principles, practices and methodologies.
  • Previous people management experience and demonstrated success in leading and managing teams.
  • Ability to think strategically beyond day-to-day execution.
  • Ability to work independently when required and as part of a team. Good collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work directly with customers and suppliers with little supervision.
  • Proven organization and communication skills, experience with presenting to management.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Circular Cloud business operations to support our reuse and recycle goals.
  • Manage the incoming planning and forecasting activities that feed into the circular centers to optimize reuse and recycle.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the right capabilities and functionality is deployed to support Circular Center operations.
  • Own change management and training documentation to ensure that changes are deployed successfully.
  • Manage the development and execution of circular economy channels and programs in the cloud reverse supply chain to maximize reuse and recycling channels. Leads cross-functional engagements, shares practices, drives alignment in carbon and circular economy decisions and benchmarking (as it applies to the circular center program), and consults with industry professionals to inform strategy with a global view.
  • Determine and evolve our circular economy calculation and tracking methodologies in alignment with industry standards.
  • Owns the KPIs and indicators for the circular center program, identify gaps and risks to success, and implement strategies to course correct as needed. Report up to management.
