Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- 4+ years management (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience.
- 6+ years experience in Program Management working with Process Engineering, Operations Management, Sustainability/Waste management, and Technical/Engineering roles.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IT Asset Disposition or in a Circular Economy role highly desirable.
- Experience leading and managing process engineering, operational systems and resources, and automation systems.
- Demonstrable experience in collaborating across global operations, technical engineering teams and leadership. Track record of driving results.
- Experience in support of reverse supply chain disposition processes for computing assets.
- Planning and forecasting Experience supporting a production/factory environment.
- Knowledge of Circular Economy and Recycling principles, practices and methodologies.
- Previous people management experience and demonstrated success in leading and managing teams.
- Ability to think strategically beyond day-to-day execution.
- Ability to work independently when required and as part of a team. Good collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to work directly with customers and suppliers with little supervision.
- Proven organization and communication skills, experience with presenting to management.
