Define and build Riskified’s product analytics framework and practices.
Partner with PMs and cross-functional stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities, define KPIs, and guide strategic decisions.
Drive a product-led, insight-driven culture by evangelizing best practices in analytics across the organization.
Own the monitoring and analysis of key product and domain metrics using Looker, Mixpanel, and other internal tools.
Build, refine, and maintain dashboards that inform day-to-day decisions and long-term roadmaps.
Identify UX and platform optimization opportunities through deep funnel, behavioral, and performance analysis.
Serve as a role model for future Product Analysts, laying the groundwork for an expanding analytics function.
Mentor and support new analysts as the team grows, ensuring analytical excellence and consistency across products.
Collaborate closely with Data, R&D, and Product Design teams to define shared goals and measurement strategies.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, ideally in Fintech, eCommerce , or fraud/risk-related businesses.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and leverage data to drive product decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Proven experience in mid-to-large scale companies delivering high-impact product analytics in cross-functional environments.
Track record of success in both UX-oriented and platform product analytics.
Advanced proficiency in data querying, analytics and BI practices and tech , including SQL, Looker, Mixpanel etc. You must be able to independently extract, transform, and interpret complex datasets.
Strong strategic thinking with an ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive product growth and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experienced presenting to senior leadership.
Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building new functions and frameworks from scratch, self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
